本次益母草中鹽酸水蘇堿的檢測，使用ECOSIL HILIC 益母草專用色譜柱，色譜條件與 2010 版《中國藥典》規定的乙腈 - 0.2% 冰醋酸流動相、HILIC 色譜柱、ELSD 檢測器一致；測得鹽酸水蘇堿峰理論板數為 13691（高于藥典≥6000 的要求），拖尾因子 1.086，峰形對稱、基線平穩，符合藥典系統適用性與含量測定的全部要求。
